The place

Why La Maison de Pat is the right room for this

Choose your essential oil

A full selection of natural essences on the table. You smell, you compare, and you decide what your candle is going to be.

Make your own candle

Scales, soy wax, wick and timing. You do every step yourself and leave with the candle in your hands.

An evening to slow down

Stop, sit down and enjoy the evening. Good company, something to drink and no rush at all.

The afternoon

Two hours, step by step

  1. 17:00

    Arrival and the table

We sit down, and take a first pass over the essential oils before anything is melted.

  2. 17:30

    Choosing your notes

Top, heart and base. You compose your own blend from natural essences — nothing pre-mixed.

  3. 18:15

    Pouring the soy wax

Temperature, wick, timing. The part everyone gets wrong at home, done properly once.

  4. 18:45

    Setting and going home

Your candle cools while we talk scent and seasons. You leave with it in your hands.
